Baijyo - No, No...

This dreadful little concoction is called Baijyo. Do you see how afraid my face is? I was right to be afraid. They call this "White Wine" - ha! It is Chinese Moonshine! I will admit that I was forewarned about this stuff. I wanted to be a good guest though and so I tried it at our supper out with the Chinese staff of the school. I am sticking to beer from now on...
